Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Prepare and review detailed financial reports for leadership review.
- Resolve discrepancies in ledgers and transaction logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
