Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Support the external audit process and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or finance (required).
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
