- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Prepare month-end financial statements and balance sheets
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support audit preparation with accurate documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and payment processing
- Monitor cash flow and financial metrics daily
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
