Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare nightly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal audit requirements.
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings during the night cycle.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and GAAP.
- Must be available to work the specified night shift schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
