Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision and efficiency
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial workflows
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international GAAP
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
