Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead cross-departmental audits and internal control assessments
- Develop and optimize financial reporting workflows using SAP and Oracle
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial controls
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with proven track record
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting
- Proven ability to work autonomously in remote settings
