Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Develop financial models and variance reports for executive leadership
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Maintain internal controls and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing teams and cross-departmental projects
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
