Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations for banking and general ledgers
- Prepare and analyze variance reports for operational stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain accurate client financial records in QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidacy preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
