Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card audits to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings under supervision.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all financial documentation.
- Communicate discrepancies and financial insights to the day-shift management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a night shift capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger functions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
