Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes overnight
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with global finance teams on time-sensitive tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
