Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP standards
- Process and review payroll for night shift employees
- Handle accounts payable/receivable during evening operations
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably night shift
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
