Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct financial audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly filings
- Maintain internal controls and documentation systems
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Oregon tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certification in financial analysis (CMA/CFA) a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
