As a Night Shift Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial integrity by ensuring all daily transactions, reconciliations, and reports are processed accurately and on time.

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and possesses a strong grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Responsibilities
- Perform daily account reconciliation, including bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring all data is entered accurately into the ERP system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Generate financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable and receivable teams to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Experience with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
