Responsibilities
- Execute daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing with high accuracy.
- Perform routine bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and post journal entries for the nightly close cycle.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes by generating variance reports.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and audit findings promptly.
- Manage fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
