Responsibilities
- Process and post daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ledgers, and balance sheets.
- Perform internal audits and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Communicate with external vendors and internal departments regarding discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a night shift environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
