Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
- Process and audit high-volume invoices and expense reports.
- Prepare and post adjusting entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on budget vs. actual performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage).
- Experience working in a night shift environment is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
