Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and reports for the night shift period.
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience (Night Shift experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
