Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide personalized financial guidance and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Build lasting relationships through proactive customer engagement and problem-solving
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to optimize service efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
