Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations (CA, FL, TX)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Support HR with time-off tracking and new hire onboarding
- Conduct payroll audits and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with finance on quarterly reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of CA labor laws and FLSA
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven problem-solving and communication skills
