Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily account reconciliations and variance analysis for various accounts.
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and audit schedules.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
