Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all bookkeeping records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment scheduling.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
