Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations during the night shift, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll for a diverse client base, ensuring timely and correct disbursements.
- Maintain the general ledger accounts and ensure all journal entries are recorded accurately.
- Perform month-end close procedures independently and efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies immediately.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
