Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and identify variances to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and closing schedules.
- Manage payroll processing for the night shift workforce and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and assist with internal and external audits.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing necessary journal entries and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (CPA/CMA preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
