Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform nightly financial reconciliations and bank statement reviews.
- Prepare and process payroll for the night shift workforce.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
