Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial reconciliations and closing procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processing during the evening shift.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist with month-end and year-end audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Review and verify transaction data to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience (Night shift experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Professional communication skills and ability to work independently.
