- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing during the night shift.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analyses, and journal entries.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding billing inquiries and financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule consistently.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to detect errors in complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
