Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the monthly and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Support the audit process by providing requested documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in financial data.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
