Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and balance sheets for executive review.
- Assist in the preparation of local and federal tax filings and quarterly estimates.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records and documentation.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) to track financial data efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent professional experience).
- Must be available to work a Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Current AZ driver's license and reliable transportation.
