Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budget variances.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Support external and internal audits by providing requested documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule.
- Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
