Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations for multi-entity accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border transactions
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Support audit preparation with detailed documentation
- Train on proprietary financial software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or remote accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel macros
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with multi-state tax filing systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
