Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile credit card statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc financial analysis and data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
