Job Responsibilities:
- Execute daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Support the month-end close process with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and GAAP regulations.
- Review and audit financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero).
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift independently.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
