Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with precision and accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance during night shift hours
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis projects
- Support audit preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with night shift or alternative schedule preferred
