Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for executive review.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and quarterly tax filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow projections for the overnight period.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts with high accuracy.
- Support the month-end close process with detailed reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, specifically in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
