Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Analyze financial data for variance reporting and operational insights
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in shift-based environments
- Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sunday-Thursday)
