Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client accounts including AP/AR processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and financial strategy
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices and software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
