Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company financial policies.
- Process journal entries and support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in invoices and customer accounts.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and integrity.
