- Manage daily reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable and bank statements

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

- Process payroll and manage expense reports during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle a plus)
