Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 50+ client portfolios
- Lead month-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and optimize financial reporting systems using NetSuite
- Conduct complex tax compliance and planning initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants through structured training programs
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial modeling
- Implement process improvements reducing closing time by 25%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA license required
- 5+ years public accounting experience with Big 4 background
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and Tableau
- Proven track record of leading SOX audits
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- CMA or MBA preferred
- Strong leadership with 3+ years of team management
