Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Review and approve invoices for payment accuracy and authorization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) required.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
