Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the weekly payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and expense verification.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
