Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations during overnight hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and ensure timely payment cycles
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for executive review
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently in overnight shifts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
