Responsibilities
- Execute nightly bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Generate daily financial reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Perform audits of expense reports and vendor contracts.
- Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Communicate with external partners and internal teams regarding account discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
