Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high attention to detail.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing for the night shift workforce.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with internal policies and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
