Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Process payroll and expense reports during off-peak hours
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Generate financial statements for executive review
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams on overnight processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of general accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/NetSuite
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with night shift or remote accounting preferred
- CPA or CMA certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
