Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and submit accurate tax filings and regulatory compliance documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy
- Lead internal audits and implement process enhancements
- Provide financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a self-directed night shift environment
