Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes with precision and accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable operations for 500+ transactions daily
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting models
- Maintain digital ledger systems with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Lead process improvement initiatives for nocturnal financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with macros
- Proven ability to reconcile complex financial accounts
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with minimal error tolerance
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
