Responsibilities
- Execute daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Process complex journal entries and accruals after market close
- Manage intercompany transactions and partner billing systems
- Prepare financial statements and variance reports for executives
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control documentation
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams on cross-functional processes
- Support month-end/quarter-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and reconciliation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
