You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and maintain vendor/client relationships
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal financial controls
- Support audit processes and prepare documentation for external reviewers
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-border financial transactions
- Implement process optimization initiatives for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with night shift exposure
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA/macros)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, overnight work environments
