Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable with zero-error tolerance
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with external auditors during night-shift engagements
- Maintain internal controls documentation and SOX compliance
- Support multi-currency transactions for international operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% accuracy record
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex reconciliations
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotation
